A work depicting a school building in Dolna Łomna, a village located in the Silesian-Moravian Beskids. The artist is Helena Golda-Błahut, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Graphic Arts in Katowice.
The artist worked in painting, drawing, and interior design. She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. In 2007, she was awarded the Mayor of Tychy Prize in the field of culture.
