Sławomir Micek. Born on November 4, 1956 in Dębica. Studies - Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Faculty of Industrial Design, diploma in 1980. After graduating in 1980-1986, he was a teacher at the Pedagogical University in Kielce. Since 1980 he has been living and working in Kielce. Member of the Union of Sculptors.
He specializes in bronze and marble sculpture. He creates compositions on a large scale for architectural interiors and outdoor situations, as well as chamber sculptures. Actively participates in the artistic life of the city. He has completed many projects for the city in the form of outdoor sculptures, monuments and memorials, commemorative plaques and reliefs, as well as statuettes and occasional medals.
Takes part in many competitions and exhibitions. He supports numerous charity auctions - donating his works.
