50x70, oil, acrylic, putty on canvas, 2024
Artist painter, student of Prof. Lech Kolodziejczyk. Her works are in private collections at home and abroad. The creative character of Marzena Libura-Michniewicz grows out of her inspiration by the artists and theoreticians of the world avant-garde - Kazimir Malevich and Wladyslaw Strzeminski. In her mainstream she continues the school of geometric abstractionists and colorists, from which she derives her individual style of putty painting. In her works, the artist primarily turns to nature and man in the existential dimension.
