Joanna Zawadowicz-Mikołajczyk currently lives and works in Mszanka near Gorlice. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Art at the University of Rzeszow with a specialization in drawing and painting. She cultivates drawing mainly with dry pastel and painting. Enthusiast of all that is beautiful, in any of the creative forms and fields of creation. The author's atmospheric paintings fit perfectly into both classical and modern interiors. Her beloved motif is the nude, as an aspect of the subject of the artwork, and in general the human being as a whole, with his physicality, spiritual qualities and personality. She has participated in group and solo exhibitions. The artist's works are in private collections at home and abroad. As she says, "painting and drawing are a pleasure for me, one of the forms of expression, a way of expressing myself through art, as it gives great freedom of creation and a wide range of means.
