Lviv pin from the late 19th century, with the inscription PRECZ ZE ZBYTKIEM on one side with the clasp on the other.
The pin was made in the Engraving Workshop of Eugeniusz Marian Unger (1873-1938), signed E.M. UNGER LWÓW.
Very nice, natural condition.
