BIO ARTISTS:
Jakub Niewdana - sculptor, photographer, academically and socially engaged. Graduate of the High School of Fine Arts in Katowice and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Since 2015 he is a doctoral student at the Pedagogical University in Krakow. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. Co-founder of the association Ceramics Without Borders and the artistic group Vera Icon, which brings together Christian artists. Owner of the author's ceramics studio since 2014. Jakub Niewdana simplifies shapes familiar to the viewer, treats them synthetically, thus reducing animalistic forms to the role of contemporary icons. The artist's ceramic works can be found in collections at home and abroad.
