Carafe in the form of a bull figure - on 4 legs, with an orange-colored body decorated with a band of colorless mane. On the back a cylindrical neck with a cork ending in a mushroom-shaped handle.
On the side engraved dedication in Cyrillic letters: "Komandie Pol'szy / na pamiat' / o Meżdunarodnom turnirie / transportnoj milicii / po wolejbolu / Belarus' / g. Lida, / 6. XI. 1999 g."
