A 250-ruble share certificate of the Łódź Electric Railway Company from 1901, which changed its name to “ Łódź Electric Railway Joint-Stock Company ” after World War I. The document is printed on exceptionally high-quality paper that “ sings” when moved, and features a watermark.
The document has four perforations, but this is not a defect; rather, it is evidence of its cancellation (upon exchange for zloty shares).
Facsimile signatures of the board of directors, including that of Z. Anstadt, a cousin of the founder of the famous brewery.
Condition: good, but creased.
