Born in 1990. Feretti is an artist working at the intersection of deconstruction and emotional tension. In his works, he breaks down the recognizable in search of a contrast that goes beyond the visual - reaching toward visceral experience and psychological discomfort.
His practice is based on intuition and immediacy - he is interested in the moment when an image ceases to be obvious and begins to act, forcing you to confront your own perception. In this tension he sees the essence of art.
He draws on the aesthetics of the street - its rawness, degradation and unprocessed authenticity, which he sees as a fundamental value in an age of overproduction and artificiality. He is close to the traditions of abstract expressionism, the CoBrA group and neo-expressionism, which he filters through contemporary sensibilities and personal visual language.
