Thick, smoke-tinted [topaz] crystal glass, colored throughout the mass, hand-decorated with enamel and gold in floral motifs.
A technique involving the application of powdered, colored glass (enamel) to the surface of the glass, which is then fired.
Items of this type were most often produced in renowned workshops in Bohemia, Czech Republic.
The rim of the bowl is serrated and gilded, with a few chips in the glass.
