E.XX, 352. Speech by Stanisław Kublicki (c. 1750–1809), a deputy from Livonia, a member of the Bar Confederation, poet, playwright, and translator. Kublicki puts forward various proposals regarding regulations on the conferral of military ranks and the entrusting of command of troops exclusively to lay persons, as well as regarding the pension paid upon completion of fifteen years of service. Outdated stamps. Some discoloration; in good condition.
