Richard Kant (Breslau 1877 -1938) was a Wroclaw painter active in the first half of the 20th century. He painted mainly landscapes and views of architecture. Urban motifs mainly from around Silesia, Karkonosze landscapes, and landscapes from the counties of Glatz and Waldburger Bergland. He created works in the Impressionist style. He studied in Munich from 1898 in a painting class under Nikolaus Gysis. His works are in the Silesian Museum in Zgorzelec.
