Painting donated to the current owner directly by Olgierd Bierwiaczonek at the end of the 1970s.

Painter, associated with the Silesian artistic community, a student of E. Eibisch at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. After receiving his diploma in 1956, he settled in Silesia, until 1974 he was also engaged in teaching. From 1965 to 1976 he cooperated with the Warsaw Group of Realist Painters. He had 22 solo exhibitions, his works are in the collections of many Polish museums. Best known and appreciated as a portrait painter, he also painted landscapes and still lifes. An extensive retrospective exhibition of the artist's works is currently on display at the Silesian Museum in Katowice.
