Magda about herself "Creating is an inseparable part of my person. Something I have to do even when I don't see the point, when I don't have time because I'm running a daily "marathon." A white canvas, on an easel set up in the living room, gives me respite, I can forget for a moment about the next day's tasks, about what's for dinner, about laundry that hasn't been hung up. It is only up to me what will be on it, what colors, what emotions. I paint my surroundings because that's where I get my inspiration from. I think that each of my paintings is a part of myself."
