Danuta Kolis paints mainly with watercolor and acrylic paints. She sees the world through the prism of colors and is fascinated by nature. Most of her works exude colors, and their main theme is a woman. In June 2019, the Municipal House of Culture Bogucice-Zawodzie, Katowice hosted another exhibition of her watercolors and jewelry made by the Artist in beading techniques.

The work is done in warm colors. The central figure is surrounded by hundreds of lanterns wandering upward, emitting a pleasant yellow and coral-red light.
